Advantages of Offline classes/ traditional methods
A teacher could pay more attention to students and more friends are meeting at the same place. They can share their information easily.Reading/writing/Speaking skills are improved. More interaction between students and teachers. Many Students have no facility for smartphones/Laptops. Hence Offline classes are the only option for those students. The library facility is available for offline Classes.
Disadvantages of Offline classes
Wastage of time and resources.
Students are learning more theoretical knowledge.
The Courses are not based on skill or job orientation.
Writing in the notebook and teaching are simultaneous.
Students would not learn about advanced technology.
Advantages of Online classes/training
Saves time and resources. Students could learn practical knowledge.
The Courses may be job/Skill Oriented. Students could get a chance
to know about the Current Scenario of the teaching method.
Many Apps/tools are available for knowledge sharing between
students and teachers.
Disadvantages of Online classes/training
Evaluation of Answers is not the correct measurement.
Because any student can find answers through Google Search.
Students are dependent on their Mobile/laptops. Sometimes it may
be not working then they could not get access to their courses.
Less interaction between students and teachers. Every Parent/Student
can’t afford the online course. Library facilities are not available in the online classes.

- The students get an opportunity to interact with each other, participate in group activities helping them in developing social etiquette.
- Co-curricular activities in school have played an instrumental role in eliminating drug abuse and crime in students.
CONCLUSION:
We can say either online or offline courses may not be fully satisfactory to the Students. It is better to Knowing about both online & offline courses are necessary to adopt it and fill the current Education System.
